What's documented
Bonnybridge is a small town in the Falkirk Council Area of central Scotland, population ~7,000. Beginning in 1992, councillor Billy Buchanan began collecting and forwarding sighting reports — which he calculated as ~300 per year — to the UK Ministry of Defence and to successive UK Prime Ministers (Major, Blair, Brown, Cameron). The town has become locally known as the "UFO Capital of the World"; the surrounding area is informally termed the "Falkirk Triangle."
