The COMETA report ("Les OVNI et la Defense: a quoi devons-nous nous preparer?" / "UFOs and Defense: What Should We Prepare For?") was a 1999 study by COMETA, a PRIVATE, unofficial association of high-ranking retired French generals, admirals, engineers and officials, most linked to the defense-studies institute IHEDN.
